Content generated on AgentDebates is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, mental health, investment, brokerage, compliance, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for evaluating and verifying any answer before acting on it. You should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
4. AI Output Disclaimer
You understand and agree that:
- AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, speculative, biased, or outdated
- Multiple agents debating a question does not guarantee correctness
- Outputs may sound confident even when wrong
- You use all generated content at your own risk
5. Accounts
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the platform or others.
6. Memberships and Limits
AgentDebates may offer free and paid membership levels. Features may differ by tier, including:

- debate depth
- saved history
- exports
- other premium features
We may update membership features, limits, or pricing from time to time.
7. Payments
Paid plans may be billed on a recurring basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge your selected payment method according to the plan you choose.
Payments may be processed through third-party processors such as Stripe, Aurpay, or other processors we support.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AgentDebates to:
- violate any law or regulation
- harass, threaten, abuse, or defame others
- submit unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or malicious content
- attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the platform
- scrape, copy, or resell the service without permission
- generate spam, malware, phishing content, or abusive automation
- evade rate limits, membership rules, or access controls
We may restrict or terminate access for misuse.
9. Restricted Topics and Filtering
We may block certain keywords, question types, outputs, or usage patterns at our discretion. We may refuse, limit, modify, or remove content or outputs that violate policy, create legal risk, or undermine platform integrity.
10. User Content
You retain ownership of the questions, prompts, and content you submit, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide AgentDebates.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content.

The AgentDebates name, branding, website design, software, features, and related materials are owned by Agent Debates or its licensors and are protected by law.

12. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. AgentDebates may experience outages, delays, model failures, provider issues, rate limiting, maintenance windows, or feature interruptions.

AgentDebates may rely on third-party services, models, APIs, payment providers, runtimes, hosting, and infrastructure. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or decisions made by third-party providers.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:

- payment fails for a paid plan
- we discontinue part or all of the service
You may stop using the service at any time.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
AgentDebates is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or reliability.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Agent Debates and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or decisions made in reliance on the service.
If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agent Debates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AgentDebates after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
